The menu reflects the abundance of fresh local produce we have on and around Skye and along with the daily specials board we aim to provide an excellent choice of local shellfish, seafood and game.
From hand dived Sconser scallops , Loch Eishort mussels, to Skye venison and our Highland cross Shortcross Aberdeen Angus beef accompanied by Salad leaves from Glendale and Orbost on Skye and vegetables from Totaig.
After dinner retire to the bar or residents lounge for coffee or one of our many malt whiskies.

Sconser hand dived scallops

Skye salad leaves with Strathdon blue cheese, walnuts and raspberry vinaigrette
A duo of hot smoked salmon and peat cured sliced smoked salmon
Skye creeled langoustines garlic butter and home made bread
Skye ale battered haddock hand cut chips, peas, and tartar sauce
Scottish slow roasted lamb shank
Scottish ribeye steak with hand cut chips and a choice of sauce
Grilled Mallaig halibut with lemon butter
Fillet of Skye venison with a port and red current jus
West coast fish and shellfish stew.
Sticky toffee pudding toffee sauce and vanilla ice cream
Baked strawberry cheesecake
Trio of O’Gallaway ice creams
Cranachan (a traditional Scottish desert of cream raspberries oatmeal whisky and honey)
Chocolate tort with raspberry coulis
Many of the seafood dishes are available as a starter or main course
We are open to non –residents, however booking is recommended.
We request that larger groups staying with and wishing to eat on arrival reserve whenever possible.
